Distorted video colors

Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.3026.3
OS: macOS Sierra (10.12.3), Macbook (2015)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit a site with a video, e.g., https://gfycat.com/SparklingThatBuck

What is the expected result?
Video colors look okay.

What happens instead?
Colors look greenish-pink (see screenshot).

We don't have such GPU on Mac in house.  Yang, do you have one on your side?  If yes, are you able to reproduce this bug?

Is this possible breakage from recent colorspace work? Chris, can you triage this?

I asked these questions in  issue 707871 , but they ignored -- maybe I'll have more luck here:

1. If you run with --disable-features=video-color-management does it still happen
2. Does it happens when you run Canary (this may have been fixed by r462742)

HD Graphics 5300 is BroadWell, but we don't have this type of MacBook. The only Broadwell we have is "HD Graphics 6000". I tried it with both 10.12.4 stable and 10.12.5 beta (sorry I couldn't have a try with 10.12.3) and chromium r462741 (the one before the suspected fix) and r462893 (some later revision), but couldn't repro the issue.
