Cannot used save image as link.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click on any image in the browser.
2. Click save image as.
3. Cannot able to save the image.

What is the expected behavior?
Save as window should be opened.

What went wrong?
Cannot save the image.

Did this work before? Yes 56

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

Please let me know is it not working only for me.
 
FYI: Cannot able to use any save as events. Ex: Save link as etc.

Unable to reproduce the issue on latest Chrome stable 57.0.2987.98 on Windows 7/10, Mac OSX 10.12.3 and Linux(Ubuntu 14.04LTS)2
