[WebPayments] Desktop - Alignment and sizing issues with profiles

Two known UI nits:

1. Some lines in address labels don't seem to left-align properly on the main sheet--may be related to their length

2. Long lines in ProfileList screens don't truncate

1. Should be fixed in  Issue 715086 . Not sure about 2.
