Remove the wallet component-extension from Chromium. (Keep it only in Google Chrome.)

This may break paid app installation or in-app payment flows for extensions in Chromium.

Although the component-extension does not contain any binary code, it contains minified Javascript. To the best of my knowledge the un-minified Javascript is not publicly available, so this is motivated by the philosophy that Chromium should remain strictly open source.
