Chrome Version       : 56.0.2924.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add two keyboard layouts to ChromeOS
(2) Use ChromeOS as your Chromoting client. 
(3) Press Alt+Shift when inside a full-screen Chromoting session

What is the expected result?
Alt+Shift should be passed to the remote OS

What happens instead?
Alt+Shift is passed to remote OS, but ChromeOS pops-up a message about Alt+Shift being deprecated on ChromeOS. Very annoying.
