What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) On a high DPI device visit https://jsfiddle.net/mauron85/y4xud8et/
(2) Scroll down / make the frame narrow enough so the first card is partially clipped by the iframe boundary.
(3) Hover over the first card.

What is the expected result?
Expect the card to be clipped by the iframe

What happens instead?
Instead, during the animation the card extends outside of the iframe.
