The jsbin.com says the URL was created by anonymous user and has expired, so I can't see it.

Can you login to jsbin.com and re-create?
Sorry, didn't know they expired so quickly.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Confirmed this reproduces on non-hi-dpi Win, but does not reproduce on hi-dpi win nor on MacBook Pro. I don't have non-retina Mac to verify.

Both stable 56.0.2924.87 and Canary 59.0.3039.0.

Additional note: on non-composited Canary (59.0.3042.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)) the contents never appear, even before scrolling.

Assigning to flackr@ because he made the mistake of saying it looked interesting. However there is no compositing involved in the broken case, so it doesn't really feel like a threaded-rendering bug to me.

This looks to have been fixed somewhere in this range: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/23724703cfbba977e4628436698c59bdba5c2b05..6ede719ec9e4a968c5eedafda3be94c210568d81
