What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open 'DevTools' and go to 'Sources' section.
2. Click on chevron icon (>>) under Navigator section and select 'Snippets' option.
3. Now, Add the Snippets by clicking on "+New Snippets" button under Navigator section.
4. Resize the navigator separator line towards RHS to it's maximum and observe the 'Ctrl+Enter' button.

'Ctrl+Enter' button gets completely hide after resizing the separator line.
Should be able to seen the 'Ctrl+Enter' button after resizing the separator line.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-56 series i.e. build #56.0.2915.0
