Issue descriptionChrome Version:58.0.3029.14 (Official Build) (64-bit) db73bb2b173ccee0ffc7c99dfa80516da3c3f12e-refs/branch-heads/3029@{#107} OS:Windows (7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1) Pre-condition: 1. Add ‘Fillr Autofill for Chrome’ extension using url :https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fillr-autofill-for-chrome/ojhegjfmbbpahdggoekcbmejnifimeca?hl=en-US What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings-frame 2. Under Password and forms section, click on extension icon such that overlay is seen and then click on ‘Manage extension’ Actual: Manage extensions link does not navigate to chrome://extensions and also ‘Manage Autofill settings’,’Manage passwords’ link is enable. Expected: Manage extensions link should navigate to chrome://extensions from chrome://settings-frame and ‘Manage Autofill settings’,’Manage passwords’ link should be disable. This is non-regression issue, seen from ‘M 53’ (53.0.2746.0)
