Regression: [DevTools] Add expression text box gets close after clicking in it.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open dev tools and navigate to 'Source' section.
(2) Then click on 'Watch' and now click on '+' icon to add expression(textbox will appear)
(3) Click on text box and observe.

Actual: Add expression text box gets close after clicking in it.

Expected: Add expression text box should not gets close after clicking in it.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-58', will soon update the other info:

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:58.0.2994.0 (Revision: 446546).
Bad build:58.0.2995.0  (Revision: 446864).

You are probably looking for a change made after 446801 (known good), but no later than 446802 (first known bad).

Note :Able to reproduce the issue in Win 10.0,Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.3 and Able to reproduce in latest Canary #58.0.3037.0
Adding Release Block-Stable for this issue.Please remove if not the case.

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 58.0.3029.33.

pfeldman  @ could you please look into this stable blocker issue.
