Search term highlighting/bubble missing in chrome://settings

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome://settings/search#adobe
2. Note "adobe" highlighting/bubble for "Content settings..." button
3. Click "Content settings..." button

What is the expected behavior?
4. Navigates to chrome://settings/content
5. Highlight/bubble where to click next to find "adobe"

What went wrong?
4. Navigates to chrome://settings/content
5. No further highlight/bubble!

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, MAC 101.12.3, ubuntu 14.04. Issue is a non regression since observed from M26 version# 26.0.1400.0. Untriaged it so that it gets addressed.
