Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/56.0.2924.76 Chrome/56.0.2924.76 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Put an element with a title attribute 2. Do a drag event on an element (avoid or drop it) 3. Mouse hover the element having a title attribute What is the expected behavior? The title should appear even after a drag'n'drop. What went wrong? The title doesn't appear, but if I do a click anywhere before, and move again the mouse hover the element the title is then correctly displayed. Did this work before?
