Regression:Text is seen in English in Md-settings page,after changing the browser language to Hindi

Chrome Version:58.0.3029.14 dev
OS:Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and change the browser language to Hindi
(2)Steps to change browser Language to Hindi in Linux:

Step-1:Launch chrome and exit the browser
Step-2:Now from terminal use LANGUAGE=hi google-chrome-unstable command to change browser language to Hindi.

(3)After chrome opens in Hindi,navigate to chrome://md-settings page >>Search engine section and Observe.

Note:In windows change the browser language to Hindi from chrome://md-settings/languages 

Expected Result:Text should appear in Hindi after changing the browser language
Actual Result:Instead,Text is seen in English after changing the browser language

This is a regression issue broken in M-58.

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12 using chrome latest Dev #58.0.3029.14.

When a string changes, it takes a while for translators to catch up and submit new translations. Until then, the English text is displayed by default. There is no need to file a bug for every string change, since there is no action item.
