Webrtc video rendering fails with chrome 56.0.2924.87

Reported by dtho...@cafex.com, Mar 9 2017

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Chrome 56.0.2924.87, go to appr.tc and join a room.
2. On another machine, join the same room using a different browser.

What is the expected result?
Video rendering should be smooth.

What do you see instead?
Video rendering is so jerky that it's effectively unusable. It also only updates parts of the image at times.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 10. I have also seen it on MacOS Sierra 10.12.3. Another developer here has seen it on MacOS Sierra 10.12.3 also. Other developers here have tried it on Linux and Windows 7 and not reproduced the problem.

Please provide any additional information below.
I made a video here showing the problem: https://youtu.be/lO5wW9KzT8Y

It appears that a workaround is to use incognito mode. I have demonstrated that in the video.

Unable to reproduce this issue On Mac 10.12.3 with chrome #56.0.2924.87, as per steps mentioned in comment #0
Observed the video rendering is smooth in both machines.

dthomas@ Could you please re-try the same scenario on clean profile with no apps/extensions and let us know your observations.

Thank You...

With clean profile it's fine.

I just found out that the extension "Disable HTML5 Autoplay" is responsible for the problem because when I enable it, the problem starts to occur.

Sorry for the invalid bug.
