"ANY TIME" dropdown is hidden behind ads/first result

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Search for anything in the chrome browser. 2. If the first result is an ad/video/Top stories, swipe left on tabs under the search box and choose "SEARCH TOOLS". 3. Choose "ANY TIME" from the new tab appeared. What is the expected behavior? A popup with the options for filtering content based on time should be shown. What went wrong? The popup is displayed under the search results/ad hence the user is unable to choose anyone of the filtering option. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: Android 7.1.1 Flash Version:

We are not able to repro this on Chrome Stable:56.0.2924.87 and 55.0.288.87 Device:Pixel C/7.1.1 Pixel-XL/7.1.1 and LG V20/7.0.0. Could you please provide us more information about the device and video or image that will be more helpful.

My Device is Moto X play and after reading this comment, I tried to reproduce the same on my friends phone and was unsuccessful. I think the problem is that I am running a custom ROM(AOKP - build:aokp_lux_nougat_nightly_2017-02-03_0413).
