mash: System tray menu shows "stub-user" after login

Chrome r455790

System tray always has "stub-user stub-user@example.com" as the current user.

It looks like this is due to UserCardView::AddUserContent() calling SessionStateDelegate::GetUserInfo().

xiyuan, is this something that your SessionStateDelegate/SessionController CL will fix?

Yes, my CL would fix that. We can make this one blocked on  issue 648964  or dup it there.
