Going back from a new incognito tab launched from the context menu in a Custom Tab takes you to the NTP

Current behavior:

Open CCT > long-tap link for context menu > "Open in incognito" > system back > closes tab and shows NTP

Behavior I'd expect (and which matches our behavior for regular tabs):

Open CCT > long-tap link for context menu > "Open in incognito" > system back > goes back to the CCT
