Chrome browser provides the WebView implementation in your device, please update the chrome browser if you want to update WebView.
My Chrome browser is up to date any other solution?

Solution to what? If an app is telling you to update WebView, the app is incorrect; updating Chrome is the right thing to do, and if the app still doesn't work then that's an issue with the app.

It's supposed to be disabled. Chrome is used instead on Android 7, to save you downloading and installing two copies of the same code. The standalone WebView is disabled to prevent the Play Store updating it unnecessarily. It will be enabled automatically if it's actually needed.
