my Bluetooth settings has disappeared, and I can't access my Bluetooth at all

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 9334.2.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.6 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9334.2.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_jerry Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. computer woke up after the last update 2. my Bluetooth was set up to open my Chromebook with my phone but it wasn't on 3. went to settings and Bluetooth was just gone. What is the expected behavior? bluetooth is gone. What went wrong? i don't have my bluetooth anymore Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 58.0.3029.6 Channel: dev OS Version: 9334.2.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0
