Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3026.3 Safari/537.36 Example URL: www.pandora.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Add Flash blocking exception [*.]pandora.com to chrome://settings/content/flash 2. Go to www.pandora.com 3. Flash is blocked and the Omnibar still has the Flash blocked icon and message What is the expected behavior? Flash to work without prompting me on any page with an exception What went wrong? Flash is still blocked and the Omnibar still has the Flash blocked icon and message on sites with exceptions Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? Yes Flash Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 58.0.3026.3 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Unknown since chrome://plugins no longer functions

It looks like Pandora just updated their site. I think it's no longer using Flash. The exception list not working might still be an issue, but I don't think we can use Pandora as an example anymore.
