Chrome doesn't have option for deleting old copies of offline pages

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. download few times one offline page

What is the expected behavior?
there is an option, which makes, that Chrome is deleting old offline page copies after downloading new one; there can be popup displayed to user or just checkbox in Settings

What went wrong?
option was probably never considered

The user can delete the old copy manually from Download home. For the request for automatic deletion, we need our PM and UI experts to chime in.
