Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Google chrome
Tap on glif icon and perform voice search (eg. say what is time now)
Once search results are loaded and glif animation is completed, tap on back arrow to navigate back to NTP

Observed results:
GLIF icon is still displayed in NTP at the bottom of the page

Expected results:
GLIF icon should not be displayed in NTP after navigating back from results page
