Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go into page with text with national chars in the title (for example "łąka")
2. go into history
3. search for text without national chars ("laka")

What is the expected behavior?
"laka" finds pages with "łąka", "Łąka", etc.

What went wrong?
Search is not done on normalized strings
