Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. translate transform an image with px 2. translate transform an image with percentage 3. see the image only blurs with percentage What is the expected behavior? It should not make a difference to transform an image with percentage or pixels. daanspanjers@, Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version-56.0.2924.87 on Mac 10.12.3,Windows 7 & Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Observed very little blur but its difficult to perform bisect as per "https://jsfiddle.net/fsvbbucL/1/" fiddle , Could you please provide us another JSfiddle to triage the issue further. Thanks.
