[l10n] Translation of "more" for loading more snippets in NTP |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: M59 OS: Android What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Change Android locale to Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) (2) Enable snippets in NTP (3) Open NTP, and see the translated text of "more" for loading more snippets What is the expected result? See a good translation. What happens instead? The translation of "more" is 詳細資訊, meaning "detailed information". A better translation would be 更多, meaning "more", or 載入更多, meaning "load more". I don't really speak Japanese, but I guess "詳細表示" could also be wrong.

Just tried on Stable, and this no longer repro.
