Issue descriptionChrome Version:57.0.2987.98 (Official Build)Revision f87f641e0af5bfed98578e340f1d5ca79651bf82-refs/branch-heads/2987@{#802} (32/64-bit) OS:Windows(7,8,10),Mac(10.12.1, 10.11.6, 10.12),Linux 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and click on avatar icon , sign in with valid credentials. (2)Click on undo button confirmation overlay and again sign in with different credentials (3)Select the text for second option,switch to previous tab and again switch to original tab,observe Actual: Focus appears on second radio button even if first option is selected. Expected: Unnecessary focus should not appear on second radio button if first option is selected. This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M57' series i.e 57.0.2926.0

+WebUI component and dbeam@ I think this is again a problem with the focus and radio buttons on WebUI dialogs as we do not do anything special in the sign-in warning dialog concerning the focus.

This is general web-ui bug, not something specific to iOS. Marking this bug as available and removing myself from owner as I do not plan to do any work for fix it for this specific dialog.
