- Added a change that build microdump_stackwalk. - Bots will try to symbolize microdump crashes if "microdump_stackwalk" has been built. - Bots were still missing dump_syms binary causing the step to fail - Reverted change to have bots no longer build "microdump_stackwalk". But I suspect bots did not clean it up in between builds. - Bots still saw the built "microdump_stackwalk" and still tried running the step unsuccessfully. Added fix that should actually work above.
