Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit schwab.com
2. Try to create a password (password links are personalized, ergo) 
3. At the prompt, generate the password and populate both of the password fields
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Once both fields are populate the "Submit" button should be enabled.

What went wrong?
After both fields are filled the submit button is still grayed out.
