Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3035.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list 2. Click on the triangle for the "Search" dropdown (initially shows "Open issues") What is the expected behavior? I see a dropdown list. What went wrong? I see a white box instead. If I move the mouse down into the box, the list appears. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes A few days ago. It still works in the dev channel, 58.0.3029.6 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 59.0.3035.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

This is reproducible on today's canary build # Version 59.0.3036.0 canary (64-bit) - Win7/64 bit. Able to see it on Costco & Aldo websites. Issue not seen on Mac OSX 10.12.3 Good Build --> 59.0.3033.0 Bad Build --> 59.0.3034.0 Marking with RB label for M59. I can see why https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/95dec86ee4d37aaef13df66737e46a93c669907a Would be a suspect based on the CL description. To be more clear, that CL is only for the dropdown menus used within the internal chrome://settings UI and not on other web pages. I looked over the list of CLs mentioned as Changelog above, but nothing caught my eye as a good suspect. Maybe a further bisect of the CLs will help.
