Remove temporary histograms measuring pending minidumps on startup. |

Issue descriptionIn https://codereview.chromium.org/2727573004/, I added two temporary histograms to measure how many minidumps are awaiting upload at startup. At least the "sans-logcat" histogram, and most likely both histograms, should be removed once data is available from the M58 Stable channel. This probably means that they can be removed around the M60 timeframe.
