The page has two embedded unicode control characters (INFORMATION SEPARATOR ONE at offset 3 and NEGATIVE ACKNOWLEDGE at offset 18). There was a spec change last year that mandates that these control points are rendered, this is per design and matching current unicode and w3c standards. |
