'Expand All' in webkit-results pegs 100% cpu and eventually uses up all memory

'Expand All' creates +1000 iframes and loads test results inside them.
If you are using Chrome on a corp machine, an extension injects some suboptimal javascript to every frame (see Issue 597924).

Perhaps result.html could be written more nicely?

It seems like the bug is that visibleExpandLinks() doesn't actually return just the visible expand links, but instead includes a whole bunch of links (1000+) that aren't actually visible.

"visibleExpandLinks" is removed in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/775973. I don't see an "Expand All" link anymore in the results page from Comment #0. Manually expanding each section seems fast.
