Repo: Attach a single BattOr to the machine and navigate to src/third_party/catapult/common/battor/bin/<platform>/<architecture>/battor_agent(.exe if windows) and try to run the binary.

Expected: Since there is only one BattOr, it should auto detect the BattOr and use it.

Result: It cannot auto detect the BattOr.
