Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install OSX 2. Install Chrome 3. Use Chrome for long perioud of time... in my case an hour on paypal, gmail, and 2 other sites... 4. BOOM... Mac freezes and reboots What is the expected behavior? No freezing my damn MAC! What went wrong? Apparently chrome sucks and causes issues with mac memory enough to have it reboot.. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.10.5 Flash Version: none Get lazy ass rsesek@chromium.org to fix this or fire the guy, as he has kicked it since 2015 (See Issue 428858 )

The "kernel: Process Dropbox[503] thread 6769 has been burning CPU!" is far more likely to be the problem.

So if I switch to another browser and keep dropbox running... I should have the same problem, correct? If I don't have a problem however, then I will continue using the other browser and comeback and let everyone know that it is Efing Chrome. Thanks! |
