Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit https://www.scirra.com/labs/bugs/mac-hover/
2. Hover mouse over top text, see it changes style
3. Maximize the window
4. Try hovering mouse over text again

What is the expected behavior?
Hover styles to still work after maximizing window.

What went wrong?
Hover styles stop working after maximizing window.

This works in Safari, and works on other OSs. Only Chrome on macOS is affected.
