FR: Pinch/spread video should toggle fullscreen

Chrome Version:  59.0.3032.0	
OS: Android 7.1.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://beaufortfrancois.github.io/sandbox/media/video.html
(2) Pinch video

What is the expected result?
Video should enter fullscreen as in Safari for iOS.

What happens instead?
It doesn't ;(

fbeaufort@, does Safari do this for all type of videos?

dahlke@/rachelis@, is this something the controls refresh would/could/should include?

Safari allows pinch/spread for all playing <videos controls> and <video>.
