Test urls:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome>> Navigate to any of the test urls
(2)Start downloading few files and Observe tab crash (Please refer video)

Note: Tab crash happens in both incognito and normal window.

Expected: Should be able to download the files without any tab crash
Actual: Instead tab crash is seen.

Crash ids: 6f13d57580000000, 387bbd6bc0000000 ,1aef7f7120000000

This is regression issue as no crash is seen in 58.0.3027.0/9331.0.0 dev channel wolf.
