Elements with bottom margin/padding provoke wrong top alignment in multi-column layout

Reported by sirik...@gmail.com, Mar 8 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a div with CSS 'column-count' greater than 1
2. Put 3 (or any odd number) elements with margin-bottom greater than 0 inside the div with 'column-count'.
3. For example, with column-count: 2 and 4 childs, it aligns correctly.
4. But, with column-count: 2 and 3 childs (or any odd number) the second column doesn't align properly to top.

What is the expected behavior?
The second column should align properly to top.

What went wrong?
The second column isn't aligned properly to top.

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Sorry if it's duplicated, but couldn't find it, first time submitting a bug here.

This is a regression issue , broken in M50 and provided below bisect results.
Good Build : 50.0.2653.0 (revision : 375741)
Bad Build : 50.0.2655.0 (revision : 376333)

You are probably looking for a change made after 376240 (known good), but no later than 376265 (first known bad).

Works fine now, in unstable. Doesn't work in Chrome 55. Probably duplicate of bug 440362 , but I didn't check.
