Regression: Find box is seen enlarged in devtools

Issue description

Chrome Version: 59.0.3034.0 dev
OS: Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and hit F12 to open devtools >> Hit ctrl+f for findbox and observe size of it

Expected: Find box should be small in size.
Actual: Instead it is seen enlarged.

This is a regression issue broken in M59.

Good Build: 59.0.3033.0 dev
Bad Build: 59.0.3034.0 dev

Will update Linux behavior once build is available.

Issue is seen in latest linux 59.0.3034.0 dev as well.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:59.0.3033.0  (Revision:455023).
Bad build: 59.0.3034.0  (Revision:455336).

You are probably looking for a change made after 455243 (known good), but no later than 455244 (first known bad).

Thanks for the report.  This is an intended UI change to make the find bar stretch to its container.

cryptohome: Extend MountArgs to indicate forcing dircyrpto.

This is a preparation to do the actual check and to return
errors corresponding to the flag.

TEST=Existing tests (no behavior change is intended.)
TEST=Manually checked mounting both types of homedir succeeds.
