MS-IME composition string doesn't update when leading 4-byte uncode char

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open MS-IME Japanese.
2. Type and submit a 4-byte unicode character in text field.
3. Type "seizoubumonn" → "せいぞうぶもん"

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome will display "せいぞうぶもん"

What went wrong?
Chrome displays only first "s"

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes Perhaps 55 and below

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3

- It is important to start typing a non-vowel alphabet character like "s".

I can confirm this in stable 56.0.2924.87, but Canary 59.0.3036.0 works good, so I suppose this was fixed and the fix will be rolled out in 57 or 58.
