WebVR: round recommended resolution for GPU friendliness? |

Issue descriptionWhen we pick a recommended render resolution to the client, should we round the size to a multiple of 2^N to be friendlier to the GPU, i.e. a multiple of 16 pixels? The precise size doesn't matter as long as we handle it consistently, and I suspect that weird pixel sizes may have an extra rendering cost due to hardware constraints.
