Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3033.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to a url with a parenthesis in the query string. For example: https://example.org/?q=foo%20(bar) 2. Open DevTools Console and reload the page. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Console should print "Navigated to https://example.org/?q=foo%20(bar)" Where the entire url is a clickable link. Instead all except the last character are clickable. And the destination is missing the same character (not the same url). Did this work before? No Chrome version: 59.0.3033.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.11.6

Not observed anything printed in console. Same behavior observed in other browser too (Firefox). please find the attached screencast and let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue. I see - you were using the console setting "preserve log". I can repro this issue on Linux Chromium 59.0.3045.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit)
