"Navigated to" message in console breaks url too early

Reported by timotij...@gmail.com, Mar 7 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3033.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to a url with a parenthesis in the query string. For example: https://example.org/?q=foo%20(bar)
2. Open DevTools Console and reload the page.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Console should print "Navigated to https://example.org/?q=foo%20(bar)" Where the entire url is a clickable link.

Instead all except the last character are clickable. And the destination is missing the same character (not the same url).

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 59.0.3033.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6

1.Opened chrome and navigated to the url https://example.org/?q=foo%20(bar)
2.Opened DevTools Console and reload the page.

Same behavior observed in other browser too (Firefox).

I see - you were using the console setting "preserve log". I can repro this issue on Linux Chromium 59.0.3045.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit)
