Steps To Reproduce: (1) start playing below video http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromiumos-test-assets-public/MSE/frame_size_change.webm (2)Observe video playback (3) Expected Result: Video will be played Actual Result: Stopped playing How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Please provide any additional information below. I have looked into wamtrix results for regression range, but it is failing in all available results for M56 , M57 and M58. As we have stopped using this video in manual testing, not sure when it was happened.

Now video_ChromeVidResChangeHWDecode uses frame size change video as test case (https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromiumos/third_party/autotest/+/1051553) which causes the test fails on nyan_* starting from R68-10669.0.0 (change log: https://crosland.corp.google.com/log/10666.0.0..10669.0.0)
