Hello:

How does one navigate by cells within a table on the Internet? I'm talking in particular of how to us gmail.  The techhique should be generalizable to any talbe such as an airline schedule.

Have a look at 
https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/7031755?hl=en

for example, to move by cell, press search+ctrl+alt+arrows. Use the sticky key to avoid having to press search.
