multitab_misc system health story isn't running on bots

Project Member Reported by charliea@chromium.org, Mar 7 2017

Issue description

Link to perf dashboard graph: https://chromeperf.appspot.com/report?sid=d93488460face53f413ffd6976d09ed6c36fc18a1ff22752386aeb842696c28f

It seems that this isn't running on the bots. This is a bummer because it may have been used to validate we have coverage of https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=697665, but the data wasn't available.

nednguyen@, any idea what might be going on?

It looks like this isn't running on chromium-rel-mac-retina.
The log of chromium-rel-mac-retina shows that it's not running there: https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=34c0334ec095c910&refresh=10&show_raw=1

This is strange, hmhh

This smells like a logical bug, so I am raising the priority

Turn out the mac bots were just very late in catching up with the commits. The story is producing data on Mac in https://chromeperf.appspot.com/report?sid=f29e2c42517c313182089af50db6fb4726f4b5f841cb8e9a8f5311dd9962285b
