What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a tab and navigate to a secure site with a valid cert.
(2) Kill the browser in the app manager.
(3) Replace the cert on the server side with an invalid cert.
(4) Start the browser again.
The browser shows an error page saying the cert is bad.

(5) Click back button.
The browser stays on the error page.

What is the expected result?

The browser should navigate to the previous page in the restored navigation history.
