Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. SOMETIMES it do not display Flash content. At the same time can display in one site and not in another. In the next day start to display again in the website that was not working and stop in the other that was working. 
2. It seems to be related to a corrupter state of flash plugin settings.
3.  If you go to chrome://plugins and change the state of Flash "Always ask to run" checkbox it start to work again in BOTH states (checked a unchecked)
