Regression: Unnecessary two actions is seen after hitting Spacebar key on md-settings

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3029.6 (Official Build)Revision 610f4595f8ea01904e3d01506c41201a816dc338-refs/branch-heads/3029@{#35} 32/64-bit. OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12). Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/passwords 2. Resize the browser slightly such that horizontal scroll bar is visible 3. Press Tab key until focus is seen on '?' help icon, hit Spacebar key and observe Actual: Unnecessary two actions is seen after hitting Spacebar key i.e Ripple effect is seen on '?' icon and page gets scroll down Expected:No two actions should be seen after hitting Spacebar key i.e either Ripple effect should be seen on '?' icon or page should scroll down This is a regression issue broken in M-58, will soon update the bisect info Good Build:58.0.3014.0 Bad Build:58.0.3015.0

Basically works as intended. It's a link now. On the link, pressing Space should scroll down. The second ripple is ... maybe that's questionable, but that's a P4 or lower. |
