Regression : "Connecting..." text and "Connected" text is not seen in selected Language in OOBE screen

Chrome Version:  58.0.3029.6/9334.2.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Minnie and Quawks
OS: chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1))Recover build -> In OOBE screen go to network setup overlay and Select any language(Example: select "French(Canada)")
(2)Now click on "Let's go" -> Select required network and observe "Connecting..." text and "Connected" text(Please refer video)

Expected: "Connecting..." text and "Connected" text should be seen in selected Language(Ex: French)
Actual: Instead "Connecting..." text and "Connected" text is seen in English

This is Regression issue as same is working fine in 57.0.2987.84/9202.28.0

Assigning to Steven, but I expect this to use some new not yet translated strings. So this is probably going to be fixed by itself after translation round.

Or it might be a problem of using i18n macro (or the same way of translating strings) for cr-network-list... See issue 692763.

It's a new string and most likely not translated yet. If the i18n code was not working then it wouldn't look correct at all.
