I saw this error during testing for  bug 698773 , and the error
stopped after I applied the fix.

There's a good chance that this will be fixed once we push to prod.

Test for push is failing. dshi@ and pprabhu@ are investigating. Will do a push once the test passes.

The push has been completed, and I'm not seeing the problem as
originally described.

Are we ready to call this fixed?
